Join me for a uniquely integrative class that weaves together yoga postures, joint mobility, spinal pumping, long fascial stretches, facial awakening, breath, tapping, and somatic awareness.
This is not your typical movement class.
It’s a full-body experience—from waking up your toes to softening your jaw, from deep stretch to subtle shift. We’ll explore:
